We’ve always told our clients to start with purpose in mind. So it’s only appropriate that we share ours, and how it fuels and propels everything we do as a company.
It’s empowering to be able to wake up every day and know exactly why you go to work. It’s evident in every thing you do from the time you wake up till the time you sleep. It’s in every conversation you have, and every piece of work you produce. Knowing and living your purpose is one of the most important things in life and it makes an enormous impact to any company for their people to come to work with full awareness of their’s and the company’s purpose.
This is what we believe in, as a company. Ever since our founder — Ferdaus, had the opportunity to work in a HR Tech company with amazing culture, he’s on a mission to spread this idea where aligning the purpose of the leadership and the team will result in limitless potential.

We have the utmost respect towards entrepreneurs. The main reason being that they are one of the greatest force of good in the world. To us, an entrepreneur is someone who acts on an idea — an idea that may change the world for the better, no matter how small it may be.
An entrepreneur creates opportunities through his work. And with opportunities, an entrepreneur becomes the cause of people having jobs, and being able to put food on the table for their families.
A mentor once told our founder — “the biggest crime in this world is for an entrepreneur to quit”
Marty Neumeier said that a brand is a gut feeling you have towards something — that is one of the purest form of definition for this illusive concept. For us, branding is the art and science of crafting perception. How you want to be perceived, while seemingly out of your hand, can be influenced with the right strategy and execution.
And it begins with purpose — ensuring that people, both internal and external, are able to grasp the brand and feel something towards it.
